New Guidelines for Preoperative Assessment and Optimisation for Adult Surgery

The Centre for Perioperative Care have released new guidelines in June 2021 for Preoperative Assessment and Optimisation for Adult Surgery.
The guideline contains key recommendations for:
- commissioners
- NHS X
- primary care providers
- surgeons, anaesthetists and multidiscilinary teams
- preoperative assessment services
